St. Petersburg is flourishing

Local economy boost gave St. Petersburg a completely different spin. St. Petersburg used to be a vacation town that was busy only during the season.

Over the last couple of years the city has changed tremendously, local business has been expanding because big companies are moving corporate headquarters here. Florida has no state income taxes, so favorable environment and lower business expenses are attracting many organizations.  

St. Petersburg is home to numerous software and web development enterprises. Medical and informational technologies are one of the major industries.

Florida tech corridor is based in Pinellas country and therefore there is more than 370 medical device businesses here. Business expansion creates employment opportunities and lots of people are moving to the area.

St. Petersburg Fl is growing and turning into a busy city. Downtown is flourishing with more Miami style high-rises, new restaurants and shopping centers.
